Daniela I. Norris is a former diplomat and political writer, turned inspirational author and speaker. She is Canadian/Israeli but considers herself a global nomad.
The author of three non-fiction titles and a collection of short stories, her recent novels, Recognitions and Premonitions, earned the Literary Classics seal of approval for New Adults and adults in 2018 and 2019. Her latest novel, Precognitions, was out in September 2020.
Her stories, articles and essays have been published in numerous magazines and anthologies and won numerous awards, including the Neil Gunn (Scotland), the Society of Women Writers and Journalists (UK) and The Chichester Observer Magazine (UK). On Dragonfly Wings: a skeptic’s journey to mediumship was out in April 2014 (Axis Mundi Books) followed by Collecting Feathers: tales from The Other Side (Soul Rocks Books, November 2014).
Her trilogy of novels Recognitions, Premonitions and Precognitions is published by Roundfire Books.
Daniela is a recipient of the John C Laurence grant from the UK Society of Authors. She is a member of the Writers’ Union of Canada, The Quebec Writers’ Federation, SWWJ (Society of Women Writers and Journalists, UK), The Society of Authors (UK) and Goodwill Ambassador for the charity Children of Peace.
